Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations
  • Manage spa’s finances, employees and services
  • Working directly with customers providing select spa services
  • Conducting promotional campaigns

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in beauty industry
  • Sales oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills , bilingual ( English & mandarin )

BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Advise or recommend customers on the best service or treatment to compliment their lifestyle and skincare problems
  • Provide each customers with excellent care and attention at all times and represent in a professional manner
  • Listening to clients with their needs, compliments and concerns to improve the quality of services
  • Conduct demonstration to customers of the products and services
  • To develop new customers and retain loyal customers

Requirement:

  • Able to communicate fluently in English and mandarin
  • Proven sales experience and results-oriented
  • Good sales closing ability
  • Conduct demonstration to customers of the products and services
  • Able to achieve sales target

BEAUTICIAN/ MASSEUR

Responsibilities:

  • Performs expert beauty services and treatments
  • Communicates with clients in order to provide the requested services

Requirement:

  • With prior experience as a beauty and/or slimming therapist in related industry
  • Customer service orientated, sales driven and target oriented person
  • High level of initiative and passion to work in a fast pace environment
  • Well-groomed, self-motivated with good presentation, independent and positive personality with sales driven attitude
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

SPA THERAPIST

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
  • To perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
  • Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships
  • Record sales
  • Identifies product and services improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

ADMIN ASSISTANT

Requirement:

  • Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files
  • Keeping records of regular customers in order to provide a personalized service
  • Making and cancelling appointments
  • Working in the reception area; ask and assist the needs of clients and collecting payments after treatments
  • To ensure all equipments associated with service function at all time
  • Maintaining the working areas fully clean and sanitized
