Finance Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Overall responsible for checking and processing of invoices
  • Overall responsible for checking the accuracy of half monthly/monthly instalments to merchants
  • Track payments/collections and update payment status in the system’s records
  • Perform daily accounting functions and maintain full set of accounts for company operation
  • Perform month-end closing (including bank reconciliation) for company operation
  • Perform other supporting functions within the Finance department
  • Assist in the company’s tax returns

Job requirement:

  • Diploma/ACCA/degree holder

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Setting up of new computers and notebooks for new users
  • Maintain and troubleshoot any problem pertaining to the desktop, server, CCTV, license, Door Access etc.
